The Hotel BrauManufaktur is a family-run hotel with a brewery in the Swabian Alb.

We are one of the most successful seminar and meeting houses in southern Germany.

Our location in the heart of the Swabian Alb makes us an ideal starting point for short vacationers.

In our beer seminars, guests slip into the master brewer's apron and brew their own beer.

4 DAY WEEK

Full-time employees work 4 days a week and have 3 days off.

What are your tasks?

  • Together with our entire service team, you will ensure the guests' culinary experience. In addition to providing advice and serving food and drinks, your tasks include cash management and invoicing
  • Preparation of our conference rooms, support of conference participants
  • Supervision of our events such as beer seminars or a barbecue party at the hunting lodge

KOCH

Full time 173 hours per month


Work in our mise en place kitchen.
In 2020 we put our new kitchen from Mise en place Gastro Solutions into operation. In contrast to the historical post kitchen, the Mise en place Process Kitchen® is based on highly flexible, multi-functional and intelligent technology, as well as the reorganization of work processes. In addition, the Mise en place ProcessKüche® consistently uses the possibilities of digitalization in all areas.

What does that mean for you?

What are your tasks?

  • Production work: Our kitchen team prepares everything two days a week
  • Prepare and send menus and buffets for parties, celebrations and meetings

  • We develop the menus and menu suggestions in team meetings - we are looking forward to new suggestions

SINK KITCHEN STAFF

Part-time, 25 hours per week or by arrangement


Early service: 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
Closing time: 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m

(Flexible distribution is possible, every other weekend free)


What are your tasks?

  • Cleaning and maintaining dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and kitchen equipment
