SPEIDEL'S WHEAT BEER

Naturally cloudy, unfiltered wheat beer: fruity interplay

Storytellerle

The Weiza is a fruity interplay. The Noos prefer a banana flavor. In Otronk it is mild, soft and harmonious, before the fruitiness gives way to a spicy taste. The fine hop note in the mild finale encourages further relaxation.
Dren is only fine: As Hopfa hemmer Brewers Gold, Tradition and Hersbrucker. The malt is rounded off with Pilsner, Vienna, Cara, Munich, light and dark wheat malt.
Add water and brewer's yeast and you're done.

Storytellerle

The Highland Ale is as bitter as d'Alb.
A Pale Ale is a top-fermented beer. When the a´guksch, it is light to copper colored and with a pronounced hop aroma, it is also cold hopped. It's made from Citra, Calypso and Simcoe Hopfa. This ensures that when you feel it, a fruit bomb explodes. The base layer is Pilsner, Viennese, sour and Carahell malt.

SCHORNSTEINFEGERLE

Our camp is dark

Storytellerle

Lager Dunkel - a bottom-fermented full beer
slightly hopped, full-bodied, malty aromatic

When the Chimney Fegerle was there again and at the bar there was a beer dronga hot, well my grandpa would say: “Kender if your luck is good, then run past the Chimney Fegerle three times and say three times good luck!”
So pass the chimney sweep three times and loudly:
HAPPINESS.LUCKY.LUCKY

MEN'S HAPPINESS

Dark Doppelbock - Pleasant, strong, roasted malty taste with coffee and caramel aromas. the smell is reminiscent of dark chocolate.

Storytellerle

When you drink three glasses of men's happiness at your house in the company of your lover, the third glass is empty and the empty glass is full of longing.

Dei Liebschde looks at the o, nor the motto, must it be nois?
Well, look carefully at the spot and you're through - that's why men's happiness!

HOPFENKNALL

AMBER WHEAT

U.Npure primal white in amber color

Storytellerle

That's something special. Once again we are now trying and tinkering.
Wolfgang Speidel almost lost his patience with the beer: at three o'clock in the afternoon he started brewing, at night he thought about whether he should let everything go down the drain, but the color of the beer was bad, so he was brave Stayed in the brewery and brewed until four o'clock.
Des Weiza: an ancient sage with an amber color.

WHEAT PALE ALE

WPA - Wheat Pale Ale

Storytellerle

Wheat Pale Ale - top-fermented full beer

Within the craft beer development, Woizabier is receiving more and more attention

is given, whereby, based on experimental brewing methods and recipes, a different form of Woizabier is developed, which is relatively far removed from its origins.

S'Wheat Pale Ale can be described as a hybrid form of a woiza and a pale ale, as it is brewed with a lot of hopfa, but also with woizam malt. In terms of taste, a Wheat Pale Ale is actually somewhere between regular beer.

RAUCHBIER

Swabian innovation meets Franconian tradition

Special beer - light smoked beer: The taste notes of malt, hops and smoky aroma are balanced and a sweet roasted malt note with a slight hop bitterness rounds off the beer.

PORTER

Craft beer with chocolate and coffee flavors

Storytellerle

Where does it actually come from? The origins lie in the labor movement of the 18th century in Great Britain. Technical development and increasing productivity required a higher level of effort and effort. It was brewed by the workers to supply the necessary nutrients. The term porter, which can be translated as “burden bearer”, goes to the hard-working workers of the 18th century.

GROSS IPA

Top-fermented full beer - craft beer: Brut India Pale Ale

Storytellerle

Brut IPA or Brut IPA?
What the Braumoister hatched is definitely a surprise egg!
The top-fermented beer is characterized by a moderate malt character, little residual sweetness and a bone-dry, tingling mouthfeel. In terms of taste, the fruit note of the hops used dominates, while the tartness is more in the background.

WANT TO BÖCKLE

Heller Bock - Full-bodied, malty-sweet aromas meet one
Tangy with a slightly bitter taste.

Storytellerle

Fancy Böckle?
Malty, powerful and yet seductively soft.
The under-fermented beer has a pleasant malty sweetness and is reminiscent of honey. A fruity warmth with a noticeable finish. I also have to have something hearty with it - absolutely great. It combines well with cheese or a fruity-sweet dessert.

RED

Bottom-fermented red beer - sweet malt note, bitter-floral hops

Storytellerle

In the Gerstagebot of 1303 it says: “ man schol
“No other choir prewen than Gersten Alein, neither Haber nor Dinkel nor Waitze”. Choosing a type of grain is usual for a medieval beer. Even more unusual is that it was brewed with top fermentation, because due to the cooling conditions there were almost only top fermentation beers. The beer was only allowed to be brewed between Michaelmas Day and Palm Sunday. The production was very time-consuming and labor-intensive, so it started at 7 p.m. and the brew took 24 hours. This led to red beer eventually being displaced by other types of beer. Give me life again!

NEW ENGLÄNDLE IPA

NEIPA: New England India Pale Ale - cloudy, fresh, fruity

Storytellerle

The New England IPA (NEIPA) is for you if the...
...more fruity than bitter
...don't want the next alcohol bomb
...gladly in the cloudy fish shower

The aroma and taste is dominated by Hopfa and appears very intense and fresh. I like Hopfa gnomma, which provides ripe, tropical fruit aromas. Mango, papaya, pineapple and a touch of lemon ensure a creamy mouthfeel.
