SPEIDEL`S BEER SEMINAR
In Speidel's beer seminars you will make beer from hops and malt.
Mashing, lautering, sparging... in rubber boots and an apron, learn about the processes of beer brewing, explore the world of beer, blind taste well-known beers, enjoy Speidel's unique beer dishes.
We offer three categories, which differ in the dinner that is served parallel to the brewing activity.
- Brewer's apprentice: 3 courses (soup served, main course & dessert from the buffet)
- Brewer’s journeyman: 4-course menu
- Brewmaster: 5-course menu
