The contents listed below are not in accordance with the relevant legal regulations on

Accessibility compatible:

  • Limited contrasts in individual design elements
  • PDF documents are not always accessible

  • We strive to offer newly created content as accessible as possible and to make existing content

    to adapt gradually.

For our non-accessible content, we provide the following accessible alternatives:

  • Personal advice: Our staff are available to provide information, take bookings and answer any questions you may have by phone, email or on-site.

  • Advice on leisure activities: If required, we can provide guests with individual information on hiking and cycling tours, AlbCard services or excursion options by telephone, email or on site.

Evaluation method

The accessibility evaluation was carried out as part of an internal self-assessment based on the requirements of BITV 2.0 and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
