BEER TASTING EXPERIENCE: REDISCOVER HOPS, MALT & YEAST
Three ingredients, three beers, many flavors – that's what Speidel's variety tastes like
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of beer! At our beer tasting, you'll experience how different beer can taste – depending on the ingredients. Each of the three small Speidelbers (0.1 l each) was specifically brewed to bring out the best in the hops, malt, or yeast. Between tastings, a sip of brewing water will help neutralize your palate – accompanied by oven-fresh nut baguette.
During this time, you will learn exciting details about the ingredients, the brewing process and our philosophy as a family-run brewery.
To round off the evening, we will spoil you – upon request – with a fine menu, Swabian snack, BBQ or a main course of your choice from our brewery kitchen.

In Speidel's beer seminars you make beer from hops and malt.
Mashing, lautering, sparging... wearing rubber boots and an apron, learn about the brewing process, explore the world of beer, blind taste well-known beers, and enjoy Speidel's unique beer dishes.
We offer three categories, which differ in the dinner that is served parallel to the brewing activity.

Bioland farm cheese dairy Rauscher, Ödenwaldstetten
The very entertaining Farm Olympics takes place directly on the farm under the guidance of the farmer.
