In permanent employment, we are looking, by appointment, for reinforcement four our kitchen team:

  • Full time: 173 hours per month

As part of your job, you perform the following tasks, among others:

  • Preparation and execution of all work in the production area, by arrangement
  • Proper storage of all food and raw materials, as directed
  • Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment

You suit us, if you bring the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
  • First professional experience in gastronomy
  • Friendly, open and professional appearance


We train the following proffessions: Cook, restaurant specialist, hotel manager. We take part in the DEHOGA Instructor Promise and enable you a diversified and interesting education, in which you are not only challanged, but also promoted.

We offer you:

  • Exam preparation and training
  • Participation in professional competitions: We support our trainees and employees in professional competitions and are available with help and advice. TWo of our apprentices took second place at Intergastra on the Couvert d´or. We look forward to new proposals!
  • We take over the entire costs for the vocational school and the boarding school.

The chance to get to know us:

With High-School:

  • Additional qualification in kitchen and service management for restaurant professionals and chefs
  • Additional qualification hotel manager for hotel professionals

With secondary school certificate:

  • Participant in the dual vocational college
