The Hotel BrauManufaktur is a family-run hotel with an in-house brewery in the Swabian Alb. We are one of the most successful seminar and meeting houses in southern Germany. Our location in the heart of the Swabian Alb makes us an ideal starting point for short breaks. In our beer seminars, guests slip into the apron of the brewmaster and brew their own beer.

What are your tasks?
  • Together with our entire service team, you will ensure the culinary experience of the guests. In addition to providing advice and serving food and drinks, your tasks include cash management and invoicing
  • Preparation of our conference rooms, support of the conference participants
  • Supervision of our events such as the beer seminars or a barbecue party at the hunting lodge

What are your tasks?
  • Cleaning and control of the hotel rooms as well as the public areas
  • Discuss and distribute the tasks of the day among our team of housekeeping staff

Education

Young professionals from September 2021

We train in the following professions: cook, restaurant specialist, hotel specialist. We take part in the DEHOGA trainer promise and enable you to have a varied and interesting training in which you are not only challenged but also encouraged.
 
We offer:
  • Exam preparation and training at the DEHOGA Academy
  • Participation in job competitions: We support our trainees and employees in job competitions and are on hand with help and advice. Two of our trainees took second place at the Couvert d´Or at the Intergastra. We look forward to new suggestions!
  • We cover the entire cost of the mountain school and the boarding school
The chance to get to know us:
  • A trial internship
  • An internship during school or during vacation
With Abitur:
  • Additional qualification in kitchen and service management for restaurant professionals and cooks
  • Additional qualification in hotel management for hotel professionals
With secondary school
  • leaving certificate Participation in the dual vocational college
